Hard Surfaces (Spread rate – approx. 8,0 – 15,0 sq.m per Litre per coat)
APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
1. Acrylseal SB is applied using a Mohair roller. Each coat should be thinly, but evenly applied at approximately ± 30 minute intervals. Two coats are generally adequate; depending on the surface porosity, further coats may be necessary.
2. Allow at least 24 hours after the final coat before traffic is allowed. Allow 1 week before heavy traffic is permitted. To ensure long service life, always treat the floors with respect.
Wood application: (Spread rate – approx. 8,0 – 18,0 sq m per Litre per coat)
Clear – Gloss floor or furniture coating:
1. Two to three coats are generally required, with an approximate drying time of ± 30 minutes between coats.
2. Although sanding between coats may not appear necessary, it is recommended that a light sanding operation should be carried out to ensure a smooth fibre free surface, which may otherwise impair the final finish.
3. Application by spraying is preferable to brush application for superior finishes.
