A high solid, acrylic, self-shining polymer dressing

DESCRIPTION A high solid, acrylic, self-shinning floor dressing, which is extremely hard wearing and slip resistant.

APPLICATIONS For the treatment of floor coverings such as PVC, linoleum, epoxy and slightly porous natural and artificial stone floors. Suitable for standard, high and ultra-speed polishing.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Vision Gold is a ready-to-use liquid. One litre will cover approximately 40 – 80 m²/lt. Preparation for Stripping and Sealing

1. All surfaces must be dust free and clean.

2. Dilute 1 part Columbus Radical to 10 parts of water. Allow the stripper to stand for ± 5 minutes to allow the stripper to engage in its natural chemical reaction

3. With a Columbus black pad attached to an R44 Rotary standard speed proceed to scrub the wet area.

4. Thoroughly dry the floor with a Cyclone 50 Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner. Alternatively if the surface area is large one can use a Columbus GT50 Auto Scrubber to perform the scrubbing and vacuuming function.

5. Rinse the surface with clean water and dry with a Wet and Dry Vacuum. This process can be repeated for a second time. It is critical that no stripper residue is left behind on the floor.

6. To neutralize the surface we recommend rinsing the surface with 1 cup of vinegar to 20 lt water.

7. Use a sheep skin Applicator Pad and Holder to apply Columbus Vision Gold to the surface in even strokes. When the surface is completely dry (after ± 30 min the second coat should be applied. We recommend a minimum of 3 coats.

DAILY MAINTENANCE

1. Sweep the floor daily with the Columbus Microfiber One System to remove dust and dirt particles.

2.If possible wash floor during night shifts with a Columbus GT50 Auto Scrubber, red pads and Columbus Cleaner 68 (Neutral cleaner) or Columbus Greasebuster to remove daily spillage and scuff marks.

3.To maintain a permanent high gloss surface and restore scuffed areas use a Columbus R44 Burnisher with a Jacaroo pad with Columbus Mop and Buff.

FIRST AID

Swallowing :- Give plenty of water or milk to drink and seek immediate medical attention. Do not induce vomiting.

Inhalation:- Move to fresh air and seek medical assistance if necessary.

Skin contact:- Wash with soap and water and apply skin cream.

Eye contact:- Wash thoroughly with water for 10 minutes and seek medical attention.

STORAGE

Store tightly sealed containers in cool, dry area away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Shelf life of properly stored material is at least one year from date of manufacture
